AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement located in the Adjusted Parcel One of Geyer Town Court
Boundary Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 350, Page 337 of the St. Louis County Records, City of Kirkwood,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate its rights to the portion of the subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement
in the Adjusted Parcel One of Geyer Town Court Boundary Adjustment
Plat, as recorded in Plat Book 350, Page 337, and shown hachured on
the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 2004.
