AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width storm water
control easement located in Lot 1 of White Road Estates according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 366, Page 13 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width storm water control
easement in Lot 1 of White Road Estates, recorded in Plat Book 366,
Page 13 and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 2004.
