AN ORDINANCE, vacating a fifteen-foot (15') wide easement
located on a tract of land in Phase 1 of Page 244 Office Center Phase 1
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 30 and 31
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen foot (15') wide easement located on
a tract of land in Phase 1 of Page 244 Office Center Phase 1 recorded in
Plat Book 136, Pages 30 and 31, and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 2004.
