AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a ten-foot (10') wide
and variable ten-foot (10') wide and five-foot (5') wide easements located
in Lot 55 of East Kirkwood according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 5, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, and in Deed Book
9044, Page 421 and Deed Book 1471, Page 70 of the St. Louis County
Records, City of Oakwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those portions of the ten-foot (10') wide and
variable ten-foot (10') wide and five-foot )5') wide easements recorded in
Plat Book 5, Page 32 and in Deed Book 9044, Page 421 and Deed Book
1471, Page 70, and shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plats", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 2004.
