located in Lot 2 of Mercy High School Subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 243, Page 99 and in Deed Book 2045, Page 158
and in Deed Book 2095, Page 11, of the St. Louis County Records, City of
University City, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to the subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The two five-foot (5') wide easements in Lot 2 of
Mercy High School Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 243, Page 99 and in
Deed Book 2045, Page 158 and Deed Book 2095, Page 11 of the St. Louis
County Records as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 2004.
