foot (5') wide easements in Lot 26 of Ringer Woods Estates Addition
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 349, Pages 652 and 653 of
the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
that this District vacate its rights to the subject easements, and this District
has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide and two five-foot (5') wide
easements in Lot 26 of Ringer Woods Estates Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 349, Pages 652 and 653 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A",
and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 2004.
