HomeMy Public PortalAbout11853O R D I N A N C E NO. 11853 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide
easement located in Block 4, Lots 16 and 17 of Doerr Place Subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 124 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate its rights to that portion of the subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement in
Block 4, Lots 16 and 17 of Doerr Place as recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 124
of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 2004.
