Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 1 of Contract E-1063 with Dinan Real Estate Advisors, Inc. for
professional property appraisal services (2004034).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11586, adopted September 11, 2003,
authorized Contract E-1063.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 1 of Contract E-1063 with Dinan Real Estate Advisors, Inc. for
professional property appraisal services (2004034); said contract amendment shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 2004.
