AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seventy-
five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in MC-05 Laclede
Sta/Rockspring to Cheshire Sanitary Relief (90063); in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11635, adopted December 11, 2003,
appropriated the initial funding and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in MC-05 Laclede
Sta/Rockspring to Cheshire Sanitary Relief (90063), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 2004.
