Dollars ($46,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the District's contribution to the City of Town
and Country, Missouri for the costs of stormwater improvements as undertaken by
said City in Ballas Acres and Bopp Lane Stormwater Improvements (P-25705).
WHEREAS, the City of Town and Country, Missouri has undertaken
the construction of said stormwater improvements, and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to reimburse the City of Town and
Country, Missouri the sum of Forty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($46,500.00) toward the costs of said stormwater improvements and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($46,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for the District's contribution to the
City of Town and Country, Missouri for the costs of stormwater improvements as
undertaken by said City in Ballas Acres and Bopp Lane Stormwater Improvements
(P-25705).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 2004.
