Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1,320,000.00) from the
Improvement Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Operations – Fiscal Year 2005)
2004077 in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11780, adopted July 8, 2004, appropriated
the initial funding for said infrastructure repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($1,320,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement
Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Operations – Fiscal Year 2005) 2004077 in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 2004.
