Lot 1 of the Resubdivision of Part of Lot 16 of Parkwood Acres as recorded in Plat
Book 96, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Maryland Heights,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement in Part of Lot 1 of the
Resubdivision of Part of Lot 16 of Parkwood Acres as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page
16 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Maryland Heights, St. Louis
County, Missouri and shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 2004.
