Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform a Storm Water
Quality Educational Survey for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform a Storm
Water Quality Educational Survey for the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2004.
