Drainage, Detention and Utility Easement, located in Wildhorse Springs according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 327, Pages 18 and 19 of the St. Louis
County Records, City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement area, and this District has no further use for
this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Common Ground "E", Drainage, Detention and
Utility Easement, recorded in Plat Book 327, Pages 18 and 19 and shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2004.
