HomeMy Public PortalAbout11892O R D I N A N C E NO. 11892 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement
located in Part of Block 28 of Carondelet Commons South of River Des Peres
according to the plat thereof recorded in Deed Book 5922, Pages 28 and 29 of the St.
Louis County Record, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate a portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 5922, Pages 28 and 29, and shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2004.
