easements located in Parc Provence being all of Parcel "A" of a Boundary
Adjustment Plat in Section 3, Township 45 North, Range 5 East according to Plat
Book 350, Pages 50 and 51 of the St. Louis County Records, City of Creve Coeur, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the various easements and portions of the various easements, and
this District has no further use for said easements and portion of easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Those easements and portions of easements recorded in
Plat Book 350, Pages 50 and 51 and granted to this District and shown shaded on
the attached Plat, and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2004.
