Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
Agreement with Laclede Gas Company whereby the District will furnish impervious
area pavement data to Laclede Gas Company.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into an Agreement with Laclede Gas Company, whereby the District will furnish
impervious area pavement data to Laclede Gas Company.
Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) payable
by Laclede Gas Company to the District, and shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 2004.
