Questover Subdivision according to Plat Book 51, Page 83, and a fifteen-foot (15')
wide easement in the adjusted Lot 1 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat of Part of Lot
1 of Questover Subdivision according to Plat Book 296, Page 8 and in Deed Book
8962, Pages 210 through 212 of the St. Louis County Records in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 2 of
Questover Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is hereby vacated.
Section Two. The fifteen-foot (15') wide easement in said adjusted Lot
1 of the Adjusted Plat of Lot 1 of Questover Subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 2004.
