the five-foot (5') wide easements recorded in Plat Book 347, Page 348 and Plat Book
352, Page 97 of the St. Louis County Records, said easements being in Adjusted Lot
1A and Adjusted Lot 3A of "Harden Subdivision Lots 1, 2 and 3 Boundary
Adjustment" a boundary adjustment according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 347, Page 348 and Plat Book 352, Page 97 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate any right, title or interest that the District may have in the
subject easements and this District has no further use for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates
any right, title or interest that it may have in the five-foot (5') wide easements as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 2004.
