Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to renew the
contract with Ernst & Young, L.L.P. whereby Ernst & Young, L.L.P. will audit
plans and expenditures related to the District’s Meramec Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Collection System Project for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11671, adopted January 8, 2004,
authorized said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to renew
the contract with Ernst & Young, L.L.P. whereby Ernst & Young, L.L.P. will audit
plans and expenditures related to the District’s Meramec Wastewater Treatment
Plant and Collection System Project for the 2004-2005 fiscal year.
Section Two. The contract renewal authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00)
for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 2005.
