HomeMy Public PortalAbout11940O R D I N A N C E NO. 11940 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty-nine Thousand
Dollars ($249,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services
for the final design of Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer Area I/I Reduction (2004063),
and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1130 with CRM
Engineering, Inc., for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($249,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer Area I/I
Reduction (2004063).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1130 with CRM Engineering, Inc., for engineering services for the
final design of Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer Area I/I Reduction (2004063); said
contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 2005.
