Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute a
Pipeline Easement instrument whereby the District will grant easement and
temporary working space rights to Shell Pipeline Company LP on certain real
property of the District in the City of St. Louis, Missouri known as the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant site.
WHEREAS, the granting of said easement and temporary working
space rights will not interfere with the District's operations on the aforesaid real
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute
a Pipeline Easement instrument whereby the District will grant easement and
temporary working space rights to Shell Pipeline Company LP on certain real
property of the District in the City of St. Louis, Missouri known as the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant site.
Section Two. This Pipeline Easement instrument as herein authorized
shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 2005.
