AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Seventeen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars
($17,745,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of Lower Meramec River System
Improvement – Baumgartner Tunnel (95066B); in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11633, adopted December 11, 2003,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($17,745,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of
Lower Meramec River System Improvements – Baumgartner Tunnel (95066B), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 2005.
