located in a Tract of land being part of Lots 2 and 3 of the Subdivision of U.S.
Survey 1929, Township 46 North, Range 5 East of the St. Louis County Records,
and in Deed Book 5324, Page 176 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easement, and this District has no
further used for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 5324, Page 176 of the St. Louis County Records and shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plats", and marked Exhibit "A", and made a
part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 2005.
