Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency force main
repairs at or about U.S. Highway 40 and the AmerenUE railroad tracks in the City
of Chesterfield, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11899, adopted November 10, 2004,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said emergency
force main repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for emergency force main repairs at
or about U.S. Highway 40 and the AmerenUE railroad tracks in the City of
Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 22, 2005.
