Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in South
Rock Hill #7820 (I.R.)(2003132), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
South Rock Hill #7820 (I.R.)(2003132), in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 31st day of January 2005.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
