Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dizdar Bros. Sewer & Const. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Sappington and Concord School Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement (2005045), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Dizdar Bros. Sewer & Const. for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Sappington and Concord School Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement
(2005045), in St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 18th day of February 2005.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Forty-nine Thousand Dollars ($49,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
