Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the Improvement Fund for the
continued implementation of the Program to Eliminate Basement Back-ups Phase
II (99135) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10591, adopted July 15, 1999, appropriated
funds to initiate said Program, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for the continued
implementation of the Program to Eliminate Basement Back-ups Phase II (99135)
in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
