($800,000.00) from Caulks Creek Construction Fund for the acquisition of
easements to serve the Caulk Creek Force Main Infrastructure Repair #087P
Caulks Creek "A" (P-750) Phase IV – Section "B" (Land Acquisition)(93077C1) in
the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into easement agreements for the acquisition of the aforesaid easements.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($800,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Caulks Creek Construction Fund for
the acquisition of easements to serve the Caulks Creek Force Main Infrastructure
Repair #087P Caulks Creek "A" (P-750) Phase IV – Section "B" (Land
Acquisition)(93077C1) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into agreements for the acquisition of easements to serve the Caulks Creek Force
Main Infrastructure Repair #087P Caulks Creek "A" (P-750) Phase IV – Section "B"
(Land Acquisition)(93077C1) in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, said easement
agreements to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
