Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Public Financial Management, Inc. (PFM) whereby
Public Financial Management, Inc. (PFM) will provide general and
transactional professional financial advisory services to the District from
April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2008
WHEREAS, the District requires professional financial advisory
assistance in the development of its near term and long term strategic plans,
and
WHEREAS, Public Financial Management, Inc. (PFM)
possesses the expertise and experience to provide said assistance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Public Financial Management, Inc., (PFM)
whereby Public Financial Management, Inc. (PFM) will provide general and
transactional professional financial advisory services to the District from
April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2008.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a term of April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2008, and
shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office
of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
