located in Parcel "A" of a Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 13 of Boundary
Adjustment Plat of Foerster Subdivision, according to Plat Book 342, Page 68 and in
Lot 4 of Holiday Inn West/Pennridge Subdivision according to Plat Book 272, Page
54 as recorded in Plat Book 350, Page 728 and 729 of the St. Louis County Records,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10') wide easement in said
Parcel "A" of a Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 13 of the Boundary Adjustment
Plat of Foerster Subdivision and in Lot 4 of Holiday Inn West/Pennridge
Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
