easements on several lots in a tract of land being situated in the Southeast ¼ of
Fractional Section 20, Township 44 North, Range 5 East as recorded in Deed Book
8575, Page 1136 and 1138; Deed Book 4889, Page 429; Deed Book 7113, Page 2474;
Deed Book 8609, Page 564; Deed Book 8619, Page 1344 and 1347; Deed Book 8631,
Page 377 and 379; and Deed Book 8748, Page 1125 of the St. Louis County Records,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject properties has requested this
District to vacate the various easements and portions of easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements or portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easements and portions of easements in the above
described tract of land being situated in the Southeast ¼ of the Fractional Section
20, Township 44 North, Range 5 East as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacations Plats", and marked Exhibits "A-1 thru A-8" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
