Treasurer to subordinate certain rights along portions of an easement owned by The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and recorded in Deed Book 8609, Page 564 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of
operating and maintaining a public roadway sixty feet (60') wide known as Dover
Trace Drive located in a subdivision known as the Manors at Legacy Pointe, as
recorded in Plat Book 351, Pages 375 and 376 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not
interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District do hereby
subordinate certain rights along portions of an easement owned by the District, and
recorded in Deed Book 8609, Page 564 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway
sixty feet (60') wide known as Dover Trace Drive in a subdivision known as the
Manors at Legacy Pointe in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book
351, Pages 375 and 376 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
an instrument giving effect of Section One hereof, said instrument to be comprised
of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 2005.
