Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Sutherland #7506
Storm Sewer (2003046), in the City Shrewsbury, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11861, adopted October 14, 2004,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement
Fund of Shrewsbury Branch of River Des Peres to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Sutherland #7506 Storm Sewer
(2003046), in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 5, 2005.
