Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Moran #8688 Storm Sewer (MCMB-130)(2002064P),
in the City of St. John, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11793, adopted August 12, 2004,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Moran #8688 Storm Sewer (MCMB-130)(2002064P),
in the City of St. John, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 5, 2005.
