easement on a tract of land being part of New Lot "B" of a Boundary Adjustment
Plat of Cavanaugh Acres, as recorded in Plat Book 351, Page 198 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis, County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of an existing ten-foot (10') wide easement on
a tract of land being part of New Lot "B" of a Boundary Adjustment Plat of
Cavanaugh Acres as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 5, 2005.
