Company (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for the District’s Excess Flood
Insurance coverage from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Lexington Insurance Company (Arthur J. Gallagher,
LLC, agent) are hereby awarded contracts for the District’s Flood Insurance
coverage, for cumulative flood and earthquake damage from July 1, 2005 to June
30, 2006.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
