AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Clarendon America
Insurance Company and Princeton Excess & Surplus Insurance Company
(Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for the District’s Excess Liability Insurance
coverage from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Clarendon America Insurance Company and Princeton
Excess & Surplus Insurance Company (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) is hereby
awarded a contract for the District’s Excess Liability Insurance coverage from
July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
