AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Liberty Mutual Insurance
Company (Arthur J. Gallagher, LLC, agent) for covering the bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer for the period July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Arthur J.
Gallagher, LLC, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess
Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
