A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE
AND TRANSFER $55,286 OF UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND AND
$403,563 OF UNAPPROPRIATED STPL FUNDS TO THE STATE/SANTA FE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5213
WHEREAS, the State St./Santa Fe Ave. Street Improvement
Project, Project No. 5-5213 is scheduled for construction FY 04-05 and additional
funds are required for construction; and
WHEREAS, the City has applied for additional Surface
Transportation Program (STPL) funding and the STPL program requires local
match funds; and
WHEREAS, STPL funds are reimbursable; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in unappropriated General
Fund and unappropriated STPL funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is hereby authorized
to make the following fund appropriations and transfers:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
