HomeMy Public PortalAbout12013O R D I N A N C E NO. 12013 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two
Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) from the General Fund of
the District, and transferring said sum to the Finance Department Collection
Services Account to provide for collection services related to the collection of past
due accounts.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District, and
said sum is hereby transferred to the Finance Department Collection Service
Account to provide for collection services related to the collection of past due
accounts.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
