Deed Book 1955, Page 98; and Deed Book 1913, Page 24; and Deed Book 1812, Page
600, of the St. Louis County Records, in a tract of land in Section 18, Township 44
North, Range 6 East, in the City of Crestwood, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
1955, Page 98; and Deed Book 1913, Page 24; and Deed Book 1812, Page 600, as
shown hachured on the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit "A", and
made a part hereof is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
