of a thirty-five foot (35') wide easement in Lot 1C of The "Resubdivision of Lot 1
Fenton Weiss Business Park", according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
344, Page 124 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten and one-half foot (10.5') wide portion of the
thirty-five foot (35') wide easement in said Lot 1C of The "Resubdivision of Lot 1,
Fenton Weiss Business Park" as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat; and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
