of a seventy-five foot (75') wide easement in Lot 5 of Greenwich Subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 111, Page 54 of the St. Louis
County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement and this District has no
further used for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sixty-foot (60') wide rectangular portion of a seventy-
five foot (75') wide easement in said Lot 5 of Greenwich Subdivision and shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2005.
