utility easement located in a tract of land being part of United States Survey 2508,
T. 46 N, R. 6 E., St. Louis County, Missouri, and as recorded in Deed Book 7045,
Page 867 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sixty-foot (60') wide ingress/egress and utility
easement as recorded in Deed Book 7045, Page 867 of the St. Louis County Records,
St. Louis County, Missouri and as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 2005.
