Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract amendment with Bates Utility Company, Inc. for additional services for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Jaguar Trail #7920 (Infrastructure
Repair)(2003073), in the City of Maplewood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11915, adopted January 13, 2005,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract amendment with Bates Utility Company, Inc. for additional services
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Jaguar Trail #7920 (Infrastructure
Repair)(2003073), in the City of Maplewood, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall provide for a total contract fee not to exceed Three Hundred
Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($355,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 2005.
