Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with B to B Interfaces, Inc. whereby B to B Interfaces, Inc. will provide
business process re-engineering for the processes identified in the District's
Information Services Strategic Plan.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with B to B Interfaces, Inc. whereby B to B Interfaces, Inc. will
provide business process re-engineering for the processes identified in the District's
Information Services Strategic Plan.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for a term of (1) one year, a fee not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-four
Thousand Dollars ($184,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 2005.
