Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in South Kirkwood Road #906 Storm Sewer Replacement (2005044),
in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewers in South Kirkwood Road #906 Storm Sewer Replacement
(2005044), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 7th day of July 2005.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty-six Thousand Dollars
($66,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as
are approved by the Office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 2005.
