Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Caulks Creek Construction Fund to be used
for additional project costs for the construction of Infrastructure Repair #087P
Caulks Creek “A” (P-750) Screen/Grinder (93077F), in the City of Chesterfield,
Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract amendment
with Gross Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for the aforesaid additional project costs.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11881, adopted November 10, 2004,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Caulks Creek Construction Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of Infrastructure Repair #087P Caulks
Creek “A” (P-750) Screen/Grinder (93077F), in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract amendment with Gross Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for additional
project costs for the construction of Infrastructure Repair #087P Caulks Creek “A”
(P-750) Screen/Grinder (93077F), in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 2005.
