Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Falk Harrison Creative, whereby Falk Harrison
Creative will write, perform graphics, layout work, printing and distribution
to completely package the District's Fiscal Year 2005 Annual Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Falk Harrison Creative, whereby Falk Harrison
Creative will write, perform graphics, layout work, printing and distribution
to completely package the District's Fiscal Year 2005 Annual Report.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for an initial term of one (1) year at an annual fee not
to exceed Thirty-seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00), may be reviewed for
three (3) additional one-year terms at the option of the District, and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of
the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 8, 2005.
